Partner with us to: renovate, then sell your home and split the bonus profit.

Our partnership program offers an opportunity for a seller to make much more money from selling their home.

• We produce a renovation plan and submit it to the seller

• Once the seller and we agree on the scope of work, we bring our crew for the project

• The seller pays upfront for renovation and is reimbursed when the house sells

• The added profit above the initial house value + renovation costs gets split 50/50

Example:

$1,000,000 appraised value of the house

$300,000 renovation

$1,600,000 selling price after renovation

$1,300,000 to seller for $1,000,000 (appraised value of house before renovation) + $300,000 reimbursed renovation costs

$300,000 left over BONUS profit split 50/50 between seller and us. The seller receives $150,000. We receive $150,000.
